Location, Location, Location, Centra in Boca Raton is Taking the Market by Storm
Location, location, location With its truly enviable location and a fresh, new take on how today’s families live, Centra in Boca Raton is taking the market by storm.
If location is truly the key to making a smart real estate purchase, the brand-new townhome community of Centra is about to make a whole lot of buyers very happy. Located on NW Broken Sound Boulevard in Boca Raton, Centra is just east of Military Trail and just south of Yamato Road. “Most in-fill communities are located near railroad tracks, or in industrial areas, but Centra is in a prime location near everything you could need or want,” says Harry Posin, one of the masterminds behind the project. Within walking distance of Centra and just across scenic Blue Lake is the new City of Boca Raton Public Library, which serves as a true community center and even has a café. Across from the library there are plans to build a series of athletic fields at Countess de Hoernie Park. Just outside Centra’s impressive metal gates are the Shoppes of Blue Lake. The offerings here include: Edwin Watts Golf, Miller’s Ale House, 5 Spice Asian, PNC Bank, Palm Beach Bagel, Peace a Pizza and Dunkin Donuts. Within a one-mile radius there is an LA Fitness, Lifetime Fitness, Patch Reef Park, Cinemark Palace 20 Theater, Boomer’s Entertainment Park, Pondhawk Natural Area, Lynn University, Arvida Park of Commerce, Boca Corporate Center, Tri-Rail, Office Depot’s global headquarters, I-95, and Boca Village, which has a Starbucks, Jamba Juice, Subway and more. “The most significant amenity we have at Centra is our location,” Posin says, adding that additional amenities include a clubhouse with fitness center, club room and tot lot. There also is a pool with spa and sundeck. “For a community this size, we only wanted to include the amenities that are really important to people and which will be used,” Posin says. “By not overloading the communities with amenities, we are able to keep costs low.” The townhomes feature “fee simple” ownership with HOA fees that will be approximately $270 a month and will include use of the amenities, maintenance of common areas, 24-hour roving patrol, the gated entrance and a free shuttle bus to the Tri-Rail station.
